| I am a real estate broker and I have shown in this building quite alot. Really, really nice building with awesome ammenties. The entire area is going through a major transformationwhich will mae this a great place to work and play when completed. There is a large park across thestreet that fronts e Bay so your east views will never be obstructe. The park has lights that light the entire park at night and it is very common to see people playing sports, walking dogs, running and just hanging out. Great urban scene.
