As a REALTOR® and resident of Sunny Isles Beach- I find La Playa De Varadero to be a refrshing change from the ordinary. While La Playa is far from being a luxury motel- it is well maintained and very affordable. There are about 400 units in 4- 2 story buildings. Most apartments are fully equippedwith everything one would need to reach the beach. Plus, each studio comes complete with a working kitchen, bath and kitchen sink, 2 Murphy beds, or 1+ sleeper sofa.
We also offer some other comparable accomodations; Seashore Club, Miami Beach Club, The Sahara Beach Club, Blue Grass Beach Club, Ramada Marco Polo, Newport Beachside Hotel and a few others.
