In their amenities have concierge as black American express, just for this building to book flights, dinners, concerts, go shopping, butler and more. Not to mention that has all other exceptional amenities as beach cabana, towel service, all classes in the gym included. On its name is the famous world wide awarded Architect Carlos Ott.
For parents who want to rest on the beach or pool you have a kid’s room with a nanny included!!!!
Its so chic so modern and family friendly; on the beach with the advantage of city prices. Its owners are people from all over the world who can afford this lifestyle in any economic condition and who wants to be spoiled on Miami beaches.
Its maintenance includes spa staff, valet, concierge, common areas Fendi furniture, sunrise pool, sunset pool for the price of any other building on the area $0.57 per sf.
The department prices are excellent.
