| What really stands out to me about the Flamingo is the people. Yes the amenities and service are second to none, not to mention the amazing views of biscayne bay and the heart of south beach, but what really makes this the "it" place for me is coming home from a long day of work and looking forward to meeting someone new. whether it be in the elevator or just in passing, the ability to always create a new relationship is a huge selling point to me. not to mention that most of the people living here are quite attractive. highly recommend to any single young professional looking for an exiting lifestyle change.

Having lived in the Center Tower of the Flamingo for 2 years, I can honestly say that this place has it all!
Spectacular condos with gorgeous views of south beach and biscayne bay. The location is ideal, blocks away from Lincoln Road yet still in the heart of South Beach. The community is well-kept and the people are truly amazing which really makes for an inviting atmosphere.
When I was transferred to Miami for work and was in the market for a place to live, I didn't need to look any further than the Flamingo. From the helpful management staff to the relaxing weekends at the pool(s)... this place has all the amenities you could possibly want in a community. It even has a spa, dry cleaning service and covered parking! And the fact that it's dog friendly was the icing on the cake for me!
I give it two thumbs up! You won't be dissappointed.
