Once you enter Venetia Gardens South Condo II and are fooled by the nice appearance of the buildings, ask yourself why
buy here? To live? To rent out? Why? The investment? Many renters here - don't care for the units & are a nuissance if
you're buying to live here - i.e. loud music after hours, yelling, screaming, fighting, cursing, prostitution at one point,
frequent police visits, badly maintained porches with all kinds of furniture in front...need I say more? The first board fired
the initial property management company & then increased maintenance fees from $112.00 to $249.25, in spite of at
least 50 residents attending a board meeting & pleading against the hike. The current board refuses to step aside & let
other residents make decisions. So after all of that, if you still want to buy here, good luck!
